Originally from Paris, Chef Benjamin Le Moal has been passionate about cooking and gastronomy since a very young age.
As a child, he roamed the Parisian markets to discover local products, discovered the richness of the sea with fishermen in Brittany and assisted his mother in the preparation of family cooking.

Graduated from FERRANDI PARIS, the French School of Gastronomy; he is trained with rigor and professionalism with many recognized and starred passionate Chefs in the capital and in
province.
In 2013, he decided to move away from the world of starred restaurants to open his tailor-made Private Chef service company and bring his talent and culinary know-how to your home.
Through numerous travels and international encounters, Benjamin continues to enrich and perfect his art. The various experiences will take him from Paris, to the French Riviera, as Guest Chef for luxury hotels in Jakarta, or even to the organization of prestigious events such as the F1 Grand Prix and the Monaco Yacht Show.

Sensitive to respecting the seasonality and origin of the products, the Chef offers healthy and tasty cuisine.
Always attentive to his guests, he adapts and creates for you a tailor-made gastronomic interlude.
